Thankfully, my neighbor was home and graciously allowed them to park on her driveway to cut one of the trees. This arrangement was not discussed prior to the showing up to trim the trees. The day after, I realized some cut branches had fallen onto our solar panels installed on our sun room roof (not much of a pitch). So I emailed to have them remove the branches and blow off the woodchips with a leaf blower. While not a big deal, it did not happen and I received no response to my request.

After doing a great job taking down the tree and preventing further damage to our shed, they took all the debris to the road and even pulled up the stump which was not included in the quote. They went so above and beyond and made our day much less stressful. They are honest, fast, and friendly and I highly recommend working with them.
