  We used Trout Brook to remove a crabapple tree and its roots in our front yard and to replace it with an ornamental tree that would look nice in the same spot. All aspects of the removal and replacement were handled with great communication, timely schedules, and a fair price. We will continue to use Trout Brook as their responsiveness is fantastic.

  Trimming the two trees in our front yard was done very well, in a short period of time and cleanup of the yard was very good.They did arrive 45 minutes late, but finished before dark and company arrived. Thankfully, my neighbor was home and graciously allowed them to park on her driveway to cut one of the trees. This arrangement was not discussed prior to the showing up to trim the trees. The day after, I realized some cut branches had fallen onto our solar panels installed on our sun room roof … More (not much of a pitch). So I emailed to have them remove the branches and blow off the woodchips with a leaf blower. While not a big deal, it did not happen and I received no response to my request.

  I reached out to Andrew and I explained my needs for conservative yet harsh pruning to all of my trees, both front and back, Andrew came right out and gave us a reasonable and honest quote.   Sent and inquiry online looking for an urgent limb removable. I did this around 4 pm on a Sunday. Andrew reached out and came to look at the limb that afternoon. Limb and some additional dead pieces were taken care of the next afternoon. I have never experienced that level of service. They did a top rate job. Highly recommend!

  At one point we had to make a slight adjustment to the plan and Andrew quickly was able to provide an updated invoice and the job carried out without delay.

  Trout Brook Arborists have been doing my spring/summer pruning/cutting of shrubbery for several years now. And I've always been very happy with their work. When I remind them about being careful where they step, they listened and were very careful to not crush or step on any of my flowering lilies etc. And they cleaned up very well.
